The partner for vital progress in rail
Founded by CEO Helen Simpson, a recognised disruptor in the rail sector, wanted Enspired to champion sustainable technologies and forward-thinking practices.
But their brand needed to reflect the calibre of work and clarity of vision. They needed an identity that matched their ambition and positioned them as progressive partners for rail leaders ready to drive change.

Process
Through discovery, one insight rose to the top: “propel people to propel progress.” This became the central brand idea, uniting Enspired’s focus on people and progress.
We then built an identity designed for motion, with striking gradients representing progress, people and partnership and the Enspired “Track”; symbolising the purposeful but non-linear journey of real progress.



Results
Since the rebrand, Enspired has shown up with new energy and clarity. They’re now attracting rail leaders, guiding the next generation and driving the future the industry urgently needs. Progress is happening, but with Enspired are firmly on track.
