We teamed up with Wilsons Pharmacy to give them a fresh and innovative digital outlook to their brand.

The challenge was to break away from the traditional pharmacy outlook and to foster deeper community engagement. Our challenge was to create an experience that would stand out in the competitive healthcare market.

For our approach it was important to understand Wilsons’ goals and key objectives. Through an in-depth brand strategy session, we explored the intricacies of their business, envisioned the company’s future trajectory, and discerned the desires of their customers.

At the core of our strategy lay a commitment to user-friendly website design. We crafted an accessible digital platform, ensuring that browsing was seamless for every visitor, catering to their diverse needs.

The result? A design centred on direct customer connection. We introduced a semi-circle graphic, signifying care and protection, highlighting the pharmacy’s commitment to customer well-being. By adding vibrant colours that complemented the core blue and pink brand palette, we preserved brand identity while injecting energy. Balancing images and photography with lively illustrations, we created an engaging, customer-centric brand. Ensuring a user-friendly website, we catered to diverse needs, offering an accessible platform for effortless browsing by all visitors.
