Our relationship with VitrA began when they were looking to, for the first time, develop a brand for their brassware range (Taps, Showers and Accessories), which would sit along side their bathroom collections. We crafted a visual style and elevated the range with messaging that gave the brassware it’s own voice within the VitrA brand.

One of VitrA’s key touch-points are their collection catalogues. But this all new brassware brand needed to be distinctive from VitrA itself, now being a stand-alone product range. Our designs needed to be easy to navigate, create customer engagement and highlight the features and benefits of the products in full glorious detail.

We were asked to rethink how their ‘new and future’ catalogues would be designed and improved to be better suited to their customers needs, beginning with the brassware catalogue. The new approach that came from us was based on a vision that guided the reader through the catalogue. Producing an introduction that would be read and not skipped, leading through to specific user focused layouts that aided consumers and tradesmen to find the products that they required. 

We identified the core values that the user wanted from a VitrA product; Design Aesthetics, Build Quality and Environmental Commitment. These points would not only be the cornerstones of the whole Brassware brand and catalogue, helping us to weave the VitrA brand story of innovation into the pages, but also set the tone for all the future projects that we have worked on with VitrA.
